Sanghee Hyun, CPA and CFA, is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both New York and New Jersey, with over eight years of audit experience serving U.S. subsidiaries of multinational corporations and entities owned by private equity groups. He has worked extensively across diverse industries, including investment companies, manufacturing, wholesale, biotechnology, and service sectors such as repair, refurbishing, and long-term construction.

Specializing in audit-ready book closing, multi-national consolidation, and financial reporting under U.S. GAAP (and IFRS when applicable), Sanghee provides audit-ready accounting solutions that ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Drawing on his extensive audit background, he understands why many audits take excessive time or lead to unexpected additional billings — often due to poor closings and missing supporting documentation. He helps clients prevent such issues by preparing and maintaining their financial records well in advance of audit, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and cost control.

In addition to accounting and reporting, he provides comprehensive tax compliance services, including corporate and individual income tax returns, sales tax, and payroll tax filings, ensuring clients remain fully compliant with both federal and state regulations. After completing tax compliance work, Sanghee also offers ad hoc advisory services that leverage his CFA expertise—providing insights on complex accounting and financial issues, such as derivatives, financing structures, investment valuation, and risk analysis, integrating both accounting and financial perspectives to support strategic decision-making.

Sanghee earned his Bachelor’s degree from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign (UIUC).
